Storekeeper (Full Time)

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of food, beverage, and operational stock for our Singapore facility. This role ensures inventory accuracy, hygiene compliance, and smooth coordination with purchasing and accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and forward all goods and deliveries to the correct storage areas.
• Issue and receive stock following established standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain organized records, reports, and invoices.
• Monitor automatic replacement levels for food items.
• Verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, hygienic, and meet health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Process store requisitions, obtain necessary approvals, and record transactions in the Material Management System (MMS).
• Post invoices, assist with accounts payable queries, and resolve vendor delivery issues.
• Perform inventory audits and generate reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in retail management or sales, with knowledge of retail operations and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and during opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Material Management System (MMS) or similar inventory software.
