Strategic Account Growth Manager

About the role

The Strategic Account Growth Manager is the single point of ownership for cross‑sell revenue growth across the existing client base. They identify ready accounts for additional Exabytes services, run outreach across all client tiers, and close/upsell to turn single‑product customers into multi‑product accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Account planning using Freshsales data to map every account against cross‑sell opportunities and prioritize champion products.
• Maintain a structured outreach cadence of 8‑10 touches per day (calls, emails, reviews) and log each interaction in Freshsales.
• Own the champion product line, driving its growth toward the SGD 2 M FY27 revenue commitment.
• Maintain an accurate probability‑weighted forecast in Freshsales, flagging at‑risk quarters early.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue from an existing account base with measurable results.
• Data‑driven decision making using pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
• Strong strategic thinking and relationship‑building skills to influence decision‑makers.
