Strategic Business Analyst

About the role

The Strategic Business Analyst will support the Strategic Analyst Manager by turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue strategy and business planning. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities and shape the company’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Tabulate and analyse statistical data across TBSG to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop structured analyses, frameworks, and strategic documents for business management and revenue planning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
• Use data analytics tools to collect, analyse, and visualise data for strategic decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to the Strategic Analyst Manager and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics and business planning, preferably in finance or fintech.
• Prior experience in a consulting firm or Big 4 is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Self‑starter who works well independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
