Strategic Capital Solutions Off-Cycle Internship (Jan‑Jun 27)

About the role

Join PwC's Strategic Capital Solutions team as an off‑cycle intern from January to June 2027. You will work alongside Directors, Managers and Associates on live deals, gaining hands‑on experience in investment‑banking‑style advisory within a Big‑4 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution of live deals.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential business opportunities and help create pitchbooks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and perform detailed financial analyses.
• Draft teasers, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs) and other marketing collateral for fundraising mandates.
• Conduct market and industry research to inform transaction strategy and investor positioning.
• Participate in structured training sessions on private credit, financial modelling, Excel best practices and MS Office tools.
• Receive direct mentorship, live coaching and regular feedback from senior deal‑makers.
