Strategic Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

Snowflake is looking for a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager for the Asia Pacific & Japan region. You will own and drive regional partner marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, collaborating with product, industry, and sales teams to generate demand and build a pipeline of new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies with strategic partners, including SIs and technology partners across APJ.
• Lead a multi‑regional partner marketing team to co‑create joint value propositions, solution briefs, and customer stories.
• Design and launch demand‑generation programs that drive pipeline activation and increase Snowflake consumption.
• Coordinate joint awareness, thought‑leadership, and mind‑share initiatives with partner marketing teams.
• Own campaign logistics, vendor management, and evaluate ROI to guide future investments.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience building technology and ISV partner marketing relationships.
• Proven track record of creating and scaling joint demand‑generation programs.
• Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and alliance organizations.
• Experience in hyper‑growth environments and ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to technical and non‑technical audiences.
