Strategic Planning Analyst / Manager (CEO Office)

About the role

A well-established international manufacturing group with operations across Asia and headquarters in Singapore is strengthening its corporate strategy capability within the CEO Office. The role reports directly to the CEO and leads transformation, governance and regional growth initiatives, offering exposure to executive leadership and Board-level decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual strategic planning cycles and facilitate quarterly business reviews across the organisation
• Drive governance and execution tracking of transformation initiatives, ensuring accountability and achievement of strategic objectives
• Develop business cases, market assessments and financial models to support growth initiatives and investment decisions
• Conduct strategic studies on market expansion, new business opportunities, partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions
• Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for leadership, strategic review and Board meetings
• Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to align and implement key projects
• Establish best-practice frameworks, processes and performance tracking mechanisms

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, strategy & operations or related advisory roles
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience leading strategic planning, transformation programmes or enterprise-wide initiatives
• Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders across multiple functions
• Experience driving outcomes in complex organisations
