Strategy Manager, APAC

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our APAC markets. This senior position will shape and execute our long‑term vision, including the Strategy 2030 roadmap, and support future M&A activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic planning and execution for the APAC region.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional strategies with global objectives.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and drive business model innovation.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Own Strategy 2030 initiatives at the country level, ensuring alignment and execution.
• Provide strategic support for potential M&A activities in the region.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
• Represent the strategy function in regional leadership forums and workshops.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy roles with regional exposure in APAC.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑market strategic projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in M&A strategy or execution is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across APAC countries.
