Student Care Educator (Part‑Time, 12‑6 pm)

About the role

The Student Care Educator will work on‑site in Serangoon North, providing dedicated homework guidance and supervision for primary school students during a six‑hour afternoon shift. This permanent part‑time position offers a supportive environment for individuals passionate about nurturing young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a group of primary school students from 12 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Assist students with their daily homework, ensuring understanding of core subjects.
• Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment throughout the shift.
• Communicate progress and any concerns to parents or school staff as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma.
• At least two years of relevant experience working with children or in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of primary school curriculum topics relevant to homework assistance.
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in primary school subject matter (e.g., Mathematics, English).
