Student Care Teacher / Assistant (Contract)

About the role

The Student Care Teacher (or Assistant) will support the holistic development of students at Happy Tutors Learning Centre, combining character building with academic excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about nurturing young minds in a caring, values‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a holistic programme that emphasizes social values and character development.
• Guide students through school homework and facilitate discovery of new knowledge.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their children’s progress.
• Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.
• Collaborate positively with centre colleagues and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum O Levels qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in student care or related activities.
• Strong communication skills and good work ethics.
• Patience and understanding of children’s behaviours and psychological needs.

• Contract employment with a monthly salary ranging from SGD 500 to SGD 1500.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 pm – 6 pm (any two days).
