Student Care Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher to join our education team across Singapore. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment where students thrive academically and socially during daily routines and extracurricular activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily student routines, including arrival, dismissal, meals, and recreation.
• Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and incident records.
• Supervise homework, spelling, and core academic tasks.
• Monitor academic progress and provide additional guidance as needed.
• Plan and deliver activities based on lesson plans and schedules.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student wellbeing and performance.
• Handle basic administrative duties such as forms and fee processing.
• Ensure confidentiality of student and parent information in line with data‑protection requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Social Services or related field (advantageous).
• Prior experience in student care, childcare, or working with children.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills for parent interaction and documentation.
• Responsible, dependable, and attentive to children’s needs.
