About the role

The clinic is seeking a Contract Supervisor to lead its team across Singapore. This role ensures that daily operations align with the clinic’s vision and standards while supporting staff performance.

Key responsibilities

Set performance goals and deadlines that reflect the clinic’s plans and communicate them clearly to subordinates.
Organise workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Receive and resolve complaints or problems raised by staff or clients.
Maintain accurate time‑keeping and personnel records.
Act as a conduit for information between upper management and employees.

Required profile

Professional level experience supervising staff in a service‑oriented environment.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle employee concerns and maintain records accurately.

Required skills

Good communication skills.
