Supervisor & General Foreman (M&E)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Supervisor and General Foreman (M&E) to lead on‑site activities at our Singapore project. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with practical execution of mechanical and electrical works, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all works are performed in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations.
• Identify and resolve on‑site problems promptly.
• Interpret and apply construction drawings to guide work.
• Carry out hands‑on tasks such as tiling, plastering, welding and electrical installations.
• Align tiles accurately using straightedges, levels and squares to achieve precise patterns.
• Prepare surfaces for tiling, applying waterproofing materials and cleaning surfaces thoroughly.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Proven hands‑on experience with tiling, plastering, welding and electrical work.
• Strong focus on safety and quality compliance.
