Supervisor – Hubbing & Consolidation

About the role

The Supervisor – Hubbing & Consolidation will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain movements, ensuring timely and accurate shipments for key customers. This role coordinates with multiple functional departments and maintains high standards of safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all supply chain movements and monitor daily order and shipment planning across transport modes.
• Communicate with customers on documentation, handle discrepancies, and ensure export and local orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate warehouse and shipping matters with IT, customs brokerage, transport, and freight teams.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, drive cost‑control initiatives, and report on key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or freight forwarding, with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and think quickly under changing conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
