About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations across its islandwide locations in Singapore. This middle‑management position reports directly to senior leadership and focuses on achieving productivity, safety, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
  • Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and overseeing execution.
  • Coach, mentor and monitor employee performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and implement corrective actions.
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work longer hours, including weekends and public holidays.

    • Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,500 to SGD 6,500.
