About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor to lead our team across L Beauty Spa Salon locations island‑wide in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced beauty environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Oversee and coach employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose actionable improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work longer hours, including weekends and public holidays.
