Supply Chain Leader – Data Centre Operations

About the role

Nava is seeking a senior Supply Chain Leader to drive end‑to‑end supply chain operations for large‑scale data centre infrastructure in Singapore. The role combines strategic sourcing, vendor management and logistics to ensure critical hardware components are available on time and at optimal cost.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement, sourcing and vendor negotiations for servers, networking, storage, racks, power, cooling and cabling.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support massive infrastructure deployments.
• Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning and capacity requirements across the data centre portfolio.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives while maintaining operational reliability and SLAs.
• Coordinate logistics, import/export and warehousing activities, especially within APAC/Singapore.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and risk, building contingency plans for critical dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements and operational standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level leader (Senior Manager / Head / Director) with proven experience in infrastructure procurement for large‑scale deployments.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management for high‑value hardware.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, logistics and import/export, preferably in APAC.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making abilities to optimise cost, SLAs and risk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
