Supply Chain Management Analyst (EPC)

About the role

Hanwha Ocean is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to support its expanding Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Operation (EPCI) business. The analyst will ensure seamless demand‑supply reconciliation, strategic stock management, and robust procurement planning for complex offshore and onshore projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, implement, and maintain the supply chain system as required.
• Lead monthly supply‑chain cycles, aligning project forecasts with stakeholders.
• Facilitate consensus among Project, Finance, Engineering, and Construction to create a unified build plan.
• Assess the impact of Engineering Change Orders on inventory, supplier commitments, and lead times.
• Establish strategic stock levels for all equipment, including long‑lead‑time items.
• Develop procurement strategies and risk‑buy authorizations for critical items.
• Perform scenario simulations and risk analysis to mitigate market volatility or disruptions.
• Maintain executive dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, plan attainment, and inventory health.
• Identify gaps in planning processes and drive ERP/MRP enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with supply‑chain ERP/MPP systems (e.g., OmniTrack).
• Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience in the oil & gas sector, preferably EPC offshore projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
