Supply Chain Specialist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

This 12‑month contract position supports demand and supply planning, inventory management, and production coordination for a global semiconductor leader. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasts, optimal stock levels, and smooth capacity execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and maintaining demand forecasts in planning systems.
• Support inventory target setting, aging stock identification, and execution of disposal or rework plans.
• Prepare and execute stock transfers across international locations.
• Collaborate with capacity planners to analyse bottlenecks and support production alignment.
• Maintain supply‑chain KPI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Automate repetitive planning tasks with Excel macros, Python or other scripting languages.
• Analyse large data sets to improve forecast accuracy and optimise inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python.
• Familiarity with SQL or similar query languages.
