Supply Chain Technology & Analytics Intern

About the role

Marvell's Supply Chain organization drives demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting and program execution across the global supply chain. As a Supply Chain Technology & Analytics intern, you will work with data-driven insights and cross-functional teams to support product availability, successful product launches and optimized supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, backlog and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, planning and execution through data collection, validation, analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and key performance metrics.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly planning, including demand, supply and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT.
• Support new product introduction, production ramp and supply chain execution.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement and automation.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Operations Research, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for coursework, projects or work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, PivotTables and reporting.
• Preferred: Python, SQL, R, Power BI, experience with large datasets, and foundational knowledge of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, S&OP, forecasting and statistical modeling.
