Supply Officer – Aircraft Spare Parts

About the role

The Supply Officer will be responsible for procuring and ensuring the availability of aircraft spare parts and related services to meet both internal and external customer demands. This position is based at Satair Singapore, an Airbus Services Company, and plays a key role in delivering cost‑effective, timely, and high‑quality order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Create purchase orders promptly according to demand and verify order details such as price, quantity, and certificates.
• Follow up with suppliers on confirmation dates, shipment schedules, and track goods in transit to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Maintain a daily order book overview to provide transparency on order status and required actions.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, participating in business reviews when needed.
• Initiate corrective actions for order‑level issues and keep all parties informed of progress and changes.
• Update relevant information in SAP and other tools, manage return shipments, and resolve supplier discrepancies and quality concerns.
• Support the accounting team in addressing blocked invoices.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least 2 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in supply management or purchasing operations.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Team player capable of working independently in an international context.
