Supply Planning Intern

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Supply Planning Intern in Singapore. The role is designated as hybrid, with an expectation of working on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office. The intern takes part in demand and supply matching, shortage analysis and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute demand and supply matching activities, linking planning to execution and identifying issues and their impact
• Translate demand and supply signals into estimated material wait times and deal simulation supportability results
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations
• Drive shortage root cause analysis and preventive actions

Required profile

• Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with mastery of English and the local language
• Able to commit a minimum of 20 weeks starting from January 2024

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Problem solving, project management and recordkeeping
