SVP Investment Counsellor (NRI Market), Private Client

About the role

DBS Treasures Private Client (TPC) offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and delivers highly personalised banking through a team of experienced investment advisors. This Senior Vice President Investment Counsellor role serves the Non Resident Indian (NRI) market, working alongside Relationship Managers to support high net worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory and investment services to TPC clients, delivering professional, high-value service to high net worth clients.
• Jointly develop and maintain client relationships with Relationship Managers, giving prompt market information, portfolio investment advice and execution services.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to review and monitor clients' portfolios and develop appropriate investment strategies.
• Perform regulated activities while ensuring full compliance with the Bank's policies, standards, guidelines and procedures and with regulatory authority requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline; CFA preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in wealth or portfolio management.
• Solid understanding of financial and investment markets.
• Analytical mind and sensitivity to financial market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and Relationship Managers effectively.

The position is based in DBS Asia Central, on a regular schedule, full-time.
