SVP, Wealth Solutions Platform Lead, Consumer Banking Group

About the role

DBS Consumer Banking Group, the leading bank in Asia, is looking for an SVP to lead the Wealth Solutions Platform within its Consumer Banking Group. The role covers the design, development and delivery of next-generation wealth capabilities, including digital, advisory and product offerings, and oversees the integration of wealth advisory solutions so that clients and employees receive a seamless wealth management experience. The position is based in DBS Asia Central.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Wealth Solutions Platform across Asia, aligned with the overall DBS Wealth Continuum strategy.
• Lead the design, development and delivery of next-generation wealth capabilities, including digital, advisory and product offerings.
• Oversee the integration of wealth advisory solutions to give clients and employees a seamless wealth management experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and keep the platform competitive and responsive to changing client needs.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on wealth management initiatives.
• Manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the platform complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Analyse market trends, the competitive landscape and client feedback to inform strategy and platform enhancements.

Required profile

• Wealth management experience, with a proven track record of leading successful digital transformation and platform initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the wealth management industry, including wealth advisory, online and offline channels and services.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive innovation and deliver tangible business results.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in wealth management.
