Swim Coach & Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Swim Coach & Operations Executive to join our swim centre network across Tanjong Katong and Bendemeer. You will deliver swim lessons for young children while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers and young children, with training provided.
• Assist senior coaches and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and help prepare lesson materials.
• Handle daily class scheduling, student registration and coordination.
• Manage bookings, attendance records and routine administrative tasks.
• Communicate schedule updates to parents and support overall centre operations.
• Maintain pool safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards before, during and after classes.

Required profile

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare or teaching is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
• Relevant swimming, first‑aid or lifesaving certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Swimming certification (or equivalent).
• First‑aid certification (or equivalent).
