Syndication Manager – Investment

About the role

The Syndication Manager will support the origination, execution and ongoing management of financing solutions across industrial sectors and fund investments. You will work closely with internal credit teams, treasury, and external banks to deliver syndicated loan transactions and monitor portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture new financing opportunities through client relationship building and market research.
• Prepare credit applications, conduct due diligence and manage loan documentation, drawdown and monitoring.
• Arrange syndicated loans, negotiate terms with borrowers and coordinate with co‑lenders.
• Oversee loan portfolio activities, including amendments, waivers and credit reviews.
• Conduct due diligence on fund proposals, monitor approved fund performance and ensure compliance with investment guidelines.
• Support treasury in liquidity planning and contribute to business strategy development.
• Assist in enhancing credit policies, guidelines and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate or project financing, or structured finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management and communication skills.
