System Engineer – CI/CD & Container Operations

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer to support mission‑critical systems in a fast‑paced environment. The role focuses on incident management, CI/CD pipeline upkeep, container orchestration, and deployment support.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and drive resolution.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines including SAST, image scanning and deployment automation.
• Deploy, operate and troubleshoot containerised applications using Docker, Podman and Kubernetes.
• Administer Linux and Windows servers, applying patches and updates.
• Configure monitoring dashboards, alerts and maintain runbooks, SOPs and deployment documentation.
• Support disaster‑recovery, rollback procedures and post‑deployment verification.
• Provide standby and after‑hours support as required.

Required profile

• Hands‑on production support experience in a complex infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, conduct RCA and implement fixes.
• Comfortable working in on‑call or after‑hours rotation.
