System Engineer – Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our Windows Server and Azure infrastructure. The role involves managing both on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments on‑prem and in Azure.
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, domain controllers, and authentication services.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, RADIUS (NPS), and Certificate Authority.
• Implement security best practices, including MFA and identity management.
• Manage Azure AD, Azure VMs, Azure Backup, Azure Networking, policies, security, and governance.
• Support hybrid cloud integration and configure Azure Site Recovery and Azure Monitor.
• Maintain Hyper‑V virtualization and SAN storage solutions.
• Design, implement, and test backup and recovery solutions using NetBackup.
• Enforce IT security policies, monitor vulnerabilities, and lead infrastructure projects.
• Develop automation scripts with PowerShell and optimize IT workflows.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud concepts.
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper‑V) and backup systems.
• Basic understanding of IT security practices.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
