Systems Engineer – Fresh Graduate (Engineering Support Office)

About the role

The appointed candidate will perform system and contract management functions to support enterprise systems and technical infrastructure. This entry‑level position is based in Singapore and is open to fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and quality requirements.
• Monitor and manage performance KPIs to support system availability and service management initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics support, spare parts availability, and equipment obsolescence management.
• Oversee hardware, software, and network asset inventories throughout their operational lifecycle.
• Coordinate cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and regular patch management.
• Supervise maintenance operations to maintain high system availability and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen eligible to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Fresh graduate with at least Second‑Class Upper Honours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of system management, governance, compliance and service delivery practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
