Systems Engineer – IT Infrastructure & Cloud Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Systems Engineer to provide daily support for systems software, networks, servers and end‑user devices. You will work on‑site at client locations, travel across multiple sites and ensure the stability and security of our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT Helpdesk support, remote assistance and on‑site troubleshooting for Windows environments.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and wireless systems across office and store locations.
• Administer on‑premises and cloud server infrastructure, including AWS, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP and domain controllers.
• Deploy and manage hardware such as servers, virtual machines, storage appliances, routers, firewalls and switches.
• Lead infrastructure deployment projects and develop designs based on technical requirements.
• Monitor performance, resolve incidents, apply change‑management processes and produce operational documentation.
• Implement security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS and secure access policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in a Windows environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Independent, self‑motivated and capable of handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight timelines.
