T24 Technical Lead (Contract)

About the role

The T24 Technical Lead will drive the design, development and delivery of Temenos T24 solutions for a multi‑company, multi‑application environment. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable and compliant implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver T24 SC, CA modules and TAFJ R23+ in a multi‑company, multi‑app server set‑up.
• Design, code and implement complex, custom‑built solutions using Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS and SQL Developer.
• Utilise Temenos Unit Test framework, JIRA and AWA job schedulers for quality assurance and release management.
• Monitor production with Tivoli, Dynatrace and Splunk, and resolve RTB incidents promptly.
• Collaborate in a Safe Agile environment, participating in review meetings and providing project updates.
• Manage development resources, squad deliveries and stakeholder expectations across Finance, Ops and change engineering teams.
• Enforce architectural guidelines, security standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in JIRA, Confluence and source‑code review tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of development experience on Temenos T24 platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Private Banking modules and SWIFT/STP messaging patterns.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and drive projects to milestones.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem‑solving attitude and a collaborative team mindset.
