Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for leveraging understanding of the assigned businesses’ workforce planning needs to support talent acquisition strategies in an effort to attract and hire best-in-class talent for the organization. This position sits in the Talent Acquisition COE and reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a qualified and diverse pool of candidates and create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provides consultation on optimum approaches to strengthen the candidate pool.
• Implements creative and targeted search/marketing strategies, including managing online job postings.
• Leverages social media to build a strong employer brand.
• Manages candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Manages candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process, from attraction to selection.
• Follows up with hiring managers and regional HR consultants to provide timely updates.
• Reports on recruiting trends and makes data‑driven recommendations.
• Advises hiring managers and regional HR consultants on labor‑market analytics, trends, and competitive compensation packages.
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations related to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or HR (advanced degree preferred); PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees.
• Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Results‑oriented, self‑initiated, flexible and customer‑centric attitude.
