Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience across the APAC region. This hybrid position combines recruitment coordination with HR operational support, handling interview scheduling, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and maintaining HR documentation and employee records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, departments and locations, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and external vendors throughout the interview process.
• Manage interview logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, including technical assessments and coding interviews.
• Monitor interview schedules, resolve conflicts and communicate changes promptly.
• Provide candidates with timely communication and support, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursement guidance.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Greenhouse and Workday.
• Support recruitment events such as Super Days and other talent acquisition programs.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements and reporting initiatives.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new hires and contractors, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
