Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Beyondsoft is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions across Southeast Asia. You will partner with business unit heads and division leads to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for software engineers, QA/test engineers, DevOps, and technical project managers.
• Collaborate with BU heads to define headcount requirements and team structures.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and talent databases.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Coordinate offer negotiations, onboarding and pre‑employment requirements.
• Build and sustain talent pools for recurring roles across traditional and non‑traditional divisions.
• Support employer branding initiatives across SEA markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology staffing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Familiarity with nearshore or offshore delivery models.
