Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

WildBrain, a global leader in kids' content and family entertainment, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join its HR team in Singapore for a twelve-month full-time internship. You will gain practical experience supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets, with a focus on hiring for WildBrain CPLG across the APAC region, under the mentorship of experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment for roles across Asia, primarily for teams in China, Singapore and other APAC regions
• Post vacancies on external job boards (51job, Liepin, LinkedIn and others) and translate them into local languages where applicable
• Create and maintain job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters)
• Screen applications and CVs, shortlist candidates and conduct initial outreach and interview scheduling
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and keep accurate candidate records in SmartRecruiters
• Handle recruitment administration and assist with talent sourcing on job boards and LinkedIn
• Monitor job ads and recommend improvements, and help with employer branding initiatives
• Translate English job postings into Chinese accurately and consistently

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Previous internship or administrative experience is advantageous but not essential

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident working with stakeholders across international teams
