Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will shape and execute DHL’s hiring strategy, driving end‑to‑end recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience across the Supply Chain business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the recruitment team, set KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Define and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth, forecasting hiring needs and building talent pools.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for critical, senior and niche roles, ensuring quality of hire, time‑to‑fill and cost efficiency.
• Strengthen employer branding through digital marketing, social media and content initiatives.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.
• Drive diversity hiring and lead recruitment transformation projects, including AI tools and process automation.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a large, global organization.
• Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop data‑driven recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
