About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 1‑year contract to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both contract staffing and permanent positions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to attract top talent and support our growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract and permanent hires.
- Assess hiring needs and align talent acquisition with timelines.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate with management to create hiring plans and deliver innovative solutions.
- Represent the company at career fairs and maintain partner rapport.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market intelligence to stay competitive.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree from a recognised institution.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR (fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Basic CEI certification is advantageous.
- Proactive communication and ability to express ideas clearly.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
