Talent Acquisition Partner (9‑month contract)

About the role

Fastly is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract to support hiring across Revenue and Client Services teams in the ASEAN and APJ region. You will work closely with senior hiring managers to design and execute recruiting strategies that attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers (up to VP level) to define hiring plans and talent needs.
• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines via research, referrals, events, and targeted campaigns.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
• Track pipeline metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Drive the offer process in collaboration with HR and Compensation teams.
• Identify and recommend improvements to sourcing and recruitment processes.
• Support global talent initiatives and inclusion & diversity efforts.

Required profile

• 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in‑house within the ASEAN/APJ tech market.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive talent using diverse methods.
• Strong autonomous work ethic and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent interviewing skills to assess both competence and cultural fit.
• Consultative communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of employment and HR policies.
• Comfort with ambiguity and solid decision‑making abilities.
