Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will join DHL’s People Resourcing Centre, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support hiring across the organization. You will help build a sustainable talent pipeline and ensure a positive experience for every candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and utilise recruitment channels, social media and creative tools to source candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Partner with government agencies and external parties for hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or degree.
• At least 2 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Initiative‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with all organisational levels.
