Talent Acquisition Partner – Local Services

About the role

TikTok’s Local Services team is building the next generation of online‑to‑offline experiences, connecting digital discovery with real‑world commerce. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top‑tier, diverse talent for this fast‑growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of Local Services roles, from job description creation and passive sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights and develop tailored hiring plans aligned with business goals.
• Use recruitment data and market trends to support workforce planning, identify future talent gaps and build a robust pipeline for O2O and commerce positions.
• Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
• Achieve hiring targets by identifying, attracting and closing high‑caliber candidates at all levels.
• Act as an employer‑brand champion, helping interviewers convey TikTok’s culture and the mission of Local Services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑lifecycle recruitment experience, with a proven record of hiring for Sales and Marketing roles.
• Experience leading recruitment process optimisations, including policy and system improvements.
• Strong ability to leverage market insights, data and metrics to enhance recruitment efficiency and guide strategic hiring decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred experience recruiting in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company, especially within Local Services, e‑commerce or related domains.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence stakeholders.
