Talent Acquisition Process Owner (8‑month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Process Owner to provide a comprehensive candidate concierge service that supports Talent Acquisition Specialists and Partners throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment process. The role also manages operational aspects of the talent acquisition function, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, hiring managers and the internal TA team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process by ensuring job details in the ATS are accurate and approvals are secured.
• Advertise roles, manage candidate applications and queries, and update the system with feedback.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, room bookings and preparation of interview documentation.
• Assist with offer letter preparation, audit and approvals, supporting early‑careers hiring when needed.
• Maintain the recruitment preferred supplier list, manage agency payroll renewals, on‑ and off‑boarding of suppliers and purchase orders.
• Keep recruitment data accurate in the ATS, manage agency details and support regular system and supplier audits.
