Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and locations, ensuring high‑quality hires within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from manpower planning and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, employee referrals and headhunting, building talent pools for critical roles.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, track KPIs such as time‑to‑hire and offer acceptance rate, and continuously improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Diploma degree or higher with at least 3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI or fast‑growing internet companies.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and direct sourcing, with ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage, and experience recruiting across Singapore, Hong Kong or China is highly preferred.
