About the role
Alphaeus is expanding its talent acquisition team in Singapore and is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for technology‑focused positions. If you enjoy building relationships, networking, and helping organisations find the right people, this role is for you. You will work with leading technology clients, develop your recruitment expertise, and make a real impact on businesses and careers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology‑related roles.
- Source and engage top talent across multiple channels.
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Build strong talent pipelines and candidate networks.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Required profile
- 3‑5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in technology recruitment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and people‑focused mindset.
- Passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
