Talent Acquisition Specialist – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Palo‑IT’s Singapore office. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technology talent, helping to grow our brand and support rapid expansion. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and secure top‑tier candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle hiring process, including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, salary negotiation and onboarding.
• Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality technology professionals.
• Build and maintain talent pools using social networking, referrals, direct sourcing and advanced internet techniques.
• Promote employer branding by attending networking events, user groups and industry meet‑ups.
• Plan and host internal and external recruitment events such as tech meetups and hackathons.
• Continuously improve the candidate experience and support diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience recruiting for technology roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume hiring and senior‑level positions.
• Strong growth mindset with ambition to become a trusted talent advisor.
• Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings.
• Excellent influencing skills with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms – Greenhouse.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms – Ashby.
