The 1‑year immersive internship offers comprehensive training across the full 360‑degree recruitment process, allowing you to work directly with consultants on talent mapping, candidate engagement and client delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to identify, source and map top‑tier talent across industries and leadership levels using advanced sourcing tools.
• Conduct initial screens and interviews, assessing professional backgrounds, cultural fit and readiness for executive‑level mandates.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, market mapping reports and candidate presentation summaries for corporate clients.
• Work alongside senior consultants throughout the search lifecycle, from briefings and client management to interview coordination, negotiation and closing.
