Talent Recruiter – Semiconductor Hiring (Singapore)

About the role

The Talent Recruiter will shape talent strategies and strengthen the employer brand for a leading semiconductor organization in Asia. This senior position supports recruitment across manufacturing, commercial, and other regional functions, with occasional cross‑regional hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for senior and executive roles.
• Consult senior business and HR leaders on talent gaps and develop effective talent strategies.
• Design and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline and network with industry leaders.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, providing detailed profiles and status reports.
• Lead negotiations and close offers with selected candidates.
• Gather and share market and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
• Stay current on innovative recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with local and global TA teams to align resources and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• At least 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including retained search, agency, or corporate environments.
• Proven experience recruiting high‑level executives and senior talent.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and confidential handling skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self‑starter with a high degree of accountability and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
