Tax Workforce Associate – July 2027 Intake

About the role

PwC is seeking a Tax Workforce Associate to join its Singapore tax practice for the July 2027 intake. You will work alongside experienced consultants, supporting managers in delivering comprehensive employment tax, immigration, HR operations, and total rewards solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in developing client‑focused solutions by understanding business needs from a holistic perspective.
• Prepare and deliver impactful client deliverables that communicate key insights and advice.
• Provide Singapore employment tax advisory, supporting equity plans, structuring, investments, M&A, and family office setups.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure coordinated and timely service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and keep clients informed of market and legislative developments.
• Contribute to thought leadership by researching market trends and best practices.
• Support business development initiatives within the tax workforce team.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Solid conceptual understanding of relevant theories and frameworks.
• Demonstrated involvement in co‑curricular activities.
• Relevant prior experience or internships in tax, finance, or related fields (preferred).
