Tax Workforce Off-Cycle Internship (Jan – Jun 27)

About the role

Join PwC's Tax Services team in Singapore as a Workforce Intern, supporting the delivery of integrated HR, employment tax, immigration and total rewards solutions for a diverse client base. You will work alongside experienced consultants, gaining exposure to tax advisory, corporate structuring and cross‑border transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist managers in developing fit‑for‑purpose client solutions across HR operations, employment taxes, immigration and total rewards.
• Prepare clear, impactful deliverables that communicate key insights to clients.
• Support Singapore employment tax advisory work, including structuring, investments, M&A and family‑office setups.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership by researching market trends and legislative developments.
• Participate in business development initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and keep clients informed of relevant regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial/Statistics or Human Resources.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good conceptual understanding of relevant theories and frameworks.
• Active co‑curricular involvement and a genuine passion for consulting.
