TCM Tuina Therapist – Full Time

About the role

The role involves delivering professional wellness and therapy services using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. You will formulate personalized tuina treatments to alleviate neck, shoulder, waist, leg pain and related issues while ensuring safety and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customized tuina therapy based on TCM theory for pain relief and wellness.
• Apply techniques such as Yizhichan, rolling, pressing, kneading and bone‑setting in a standardized manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, monitor client progress and ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain and inspect the treatment area daily to guarantee a safe environment.

Required profile

• Qualified TCM practitioner or Tuina therapist with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong foundation in TCM, accurate meridian and acupoint location, and good physical stamina.
• Professional ethics, service awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin; able to work weekends and on a rotating roster.
