About the role

Join River Valley Primary School as a Science Teacher Aide, providing essential logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of science lessons and programmes. This full‑time, fixed‑term position runs from Jan 2027 to Dec 2027 with a possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organise and distribute science teaching resources and experiment kits before lessons.
• Set up equipment and consumables for laboratory activities, ensuring safety and proper storage after use.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and inventory of the Science Resource Room and related storage areas.
• Assist teachers with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, resource loans, and preparation of lesson materials.
• Support school events and enrichment programmes by preparing inquiry‑based learning resources.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes, including English.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in school general administration.
• Proficiency in IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
