Technical Account Manager Architect – Singapore

About the role

The Technical Account Manager Architect will join ClickHouse’s Support Services team, reporting to regional Support Engineering Managers. The role combines consultative support, escalation handling and project leadership for strategic enterprise customers, with up to 35% regional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural, technical and migration guidance to strategic ClickHouse users during onboarding, production launches and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Own and oversee Level‑3 support cases and escalations, collaborating with L1/L2 support teams.
• Lead projects, coordinate escalations, and drive meetings to ensure customer success.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering and Sales to influence roadmap and account plans.
• Develop documentation, knowledge‑base articles and reference architectures.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support or Project Management.
• Strong experience with scalable, fault‑tolerant distributed database systems.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scope technical projects across multiple engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Self‑driven, curious and eager to continuously learn.
